Disclaimer:
Music is posted for a short time, and while I use it in part to (hopefully, though not always) go along with the theme of the photo, I also post it in hopes someone will give it a try and fall in love with it as I have. Perhaps they will then seek out more by the artist and buy more cds. That's how it works with me, anyway.
If you like it, pick it up at the store; support the artists you love.

Which makes me think of that Talking Heads song - 'I miss the honky tonks,
Dairy Queens and 7-Elevens (you got it, you got it)'
Lovely blues!
I love it... but it's funny how looking at this early version I don't even remotely get the same vibe as the red DQ sign that I'm more familiar with. I wonder how they went from this to the current brand?
It's also very clever how they worked the D and the Q into the sugar cone base as texture.
oooh that's lovely. shame their ice cream is a bit horrid mind. and ta ever so for the hermans - i'd forgotten just how fabulous that is

Scrumpdillyicious!
Davy: "Nothing But Flowers!" I love that song.
Bob: Thanks!
Steve: That is cool, isn't it? I have no idea how they got from point A to point B either.
Ally: Horrid, really? Maybe it's different if you grew up with it? :) You know, I really think this is my favorite from the Hermits.
Joe: It's no Yum Yum. :)
