Dane, thanks a lot for this song. Been looking for it a real long time. The B side of this (when I had the National Label 78 RPM) was Poco Loco In The Coco. Hope you're feelin' better.

Is that a whole BIG cake? It looks delicious!

And speaking of delicious, yet ANOTHER fantastic song, as always. Thank you!

Thanks, Mikel - I'll have to look for that song now! Glad to help you with this one. Aside the shrill, grating opening, I really love the heck out of it. It's so cute and swingy!

Karen: It is a GIANT cake. This is a 10 inch cake! And thank you toots!

What's better than a regular sized Hostess Cupcake Cake? A GIANT one of course! That looks tasty indeed.

Everyone got their platform shoes on? Good. Now Dance!

"...I don't think that I can take it, cuz it took so long to bake it, and I'll never have that recipe again..."

Like a cupcake I'd have to eat it all in one sitting.

Wuz wrong with Donna Summer?!

Dane said...

Joe, don't you normally eay healthily? This whole thing in one go could kill you, and I can't have that.

Steve: Donna? Nothing in general. But the horror of this song as done by - wasn't it Richard Harris? - polluted the song itself for life.

And the little cups are for the pieces you're mailing to all your friends, right?

Yes, of course! :)

Disclaimer:

Music is posted for a short time, and while I use it in part to (hopefully, though not always) go along with the theme of the photo, I also post it in hopes someone will give it a try and fall in love with it as I have. Perhaps they will then seek out more by the artist and buy more cds. That's how it works with me, anyway. If you like it, pick it up at the store; support the artists you love.
