Disclaimer:
Music is posted for a short time, and while I use it in part to (hopefully, though not always) go along with the theme of the photo, I also post it in hopes someone will give it a try and fall in love with it as I have. Perhaps they will then seek out more by the artist and buy more cds. That's how it works with me, anyway.
If you like it, pick it up at the store; support the artists you love.

There's something about old, abandoned buildings like this fascinate the hell out of me. I love this picture.
Great picture. I'm picturing what it would look like with flames and smoke coming out of the windows. From out of the ashes...
Thanks, Walt. I love that paint job, and I couldn't believe I found this where I did. It looks like the city, but really, it's out in the middle of nowhere.
Floyd: You're saying if it burned down, there might be a newer, shinier building in its place? :)
The first and most obvious is…this could us a little recycle. Second…fab choice for the song. Good fit. I could easily envision this being one of several shots used to set the scene on some B crime/exploitation film. Cue the slide guitar and the credit of “Directed by Roger Corman”.

I think Floyd was referring to the "Phoenix" recycling, er... rising from the ashes.
