Picked my mother in law up from the LAX airport one time and as she's getting off the plane and walking up the runway I see Edgar Winter walking next to her. She sat in the seat next to him the entire flight, talking to him and stuff. She had no idea who he was, haha.

I suppose unless you know he's a tallish albino, you wouldn't know ... was he nice to her?

Karswell said...

She said he was very nice. Blind as a bat too, obviously.

My personal favorite was the apple pumpkin with the phallic symbol peeking out.

I also liked the 1st grade art that proclaimed, "Sometimes I like to eat dog food."

Ha! Dammit, I knew I should have probably paid more attention to the kids' art. But I was seduced by the baked goods.

Did you see that in the produce section, there was a category for "freak"?

Music is posted for a short time, and while I use it in part to (hopefully, though not always) go along with the theme of the photo, I also post it in hopes someone will give it a try and fall in love with it as I have. Perhaps they will then seek out more by the artist and buy more cds. That's how it works with me, anyway. If you like it, pick it up at the store; support the artists you love.
