Henry Clay always reminds me of Lon Chaney in the Phantom of the opera. I'm not sure why.
I don't blame you, as The Great Compromiser was a little creepy looking.
Everything I read about him makes him sound like such a genuinely wonderful man that I feel bad jumping when I see pictures of him.
I have very, very rarely found myself running back to the car from various ... um, jaunts through cemeteries. I won't say I ran back after taking this, but it was downhill all the way to the car, so it gave me a bit of an excuse for the speed I worked up.
Whoa... he was a creepy looker. I bet if you popped open his sarcophagus today he'd look exactly the same lying there. That is, just before he rose up from his moldy pillow and grabbed you by the hair for a kiss.

Creepy!!! But the songs are FANTASTIC. Have you heard the duet of Frank and Elvis where Elvis sings "Witchcraft" and Frank sings "Love Me Tender"?
