A church in Richwood, Ohio's Claiborne Cemetery; a pretty, brightly painted little thing that features a similar (well, pretty and brightly painted) mausoleum. The brightest, most cheerful mausoleum I have ever seen. Or probably you either, for that matter. Once October begins, and with it, the annual Halloween-a-thon, I will post a picture of this mausoleum on my Flickr account.
You won't miss it; it's painted pumpkin/orange and white.
For absolutely no good reason other than boredom, let's make the remaining days of September all about 1985, musically, shall we?

First off…in the month or two I have been lurking here, I am stunned at the sheer amount of goodies you find in Ohio. The depth of that well is startling.
Secondly, as I am less a photographer and much more a music guy…The Honeydrippers were really 1984, but who’s counting? I do submit a challenge/request for ’85 though. Always been a sucker for John Fogerty (Centerfield) and I beg of you…please no “We Are The World”. (Not to say I hate the cause, but wow…cheese that goes on forever.)
(BTW…I wouldn’t even call my feeble attempts “photography” or “artwork” for that matter. Bravo yet again.)
Well, thanks! It's just practice ... you should see my earliest stuff on Flickr (going on three years old now). Oy.
'84, huh? Hm, I could have sworn Billboard had '85. "Centerfield" is posted, and you needn't worry about "We Are the World"; God, that is dreadful.
And thanks to your first paragraph as well. This stuff is everywhere, man, and while I am heartily sick of Columbus, I'm sure there's still plenty here to shoot, too.
I find that brick chimney to be quite amazing, I mean look at it! ZOING! Also, I'm guessing the fireplace is in the cellar as putting one inside the chapel near the stain glass window seems kind of odd.
