Lock; the Other Half

Ok, so it's a Pepsi sign. There's an old Coke cooler in front, so I claim partial correctness.

Pepsi & Shirley - Heartache

That's a neat old place. I like the warm porch benches still sitting out front, they're just begging for some old man to sit down and play a round of checkers with the local minister from across the street. You know, the holy man that got runned outta town when the overpowering evil arrived back in '42.

COMING SOON: Starbucks!

This "runned out of town by overpowering evil" thing of yours is sort of romanticizing things. Believe me, if you saw this intersection for yourself, you'd know ... they got runned out of town by overpowering ennui.

I can only see it from the angle the good Dane gave to me.

Hee again! We need to get you a city planning gig.

Music is posted for a short time, and while I use it in part to (hopefully, though not always) go along with the theme of the photo, I also post it in hopes someone will give it a try and fall in love with it as I have. Perhaps they will then seek out more by the artist and buy more cds. That's how it works with me, anyway. If you like it, pick it up at the store; support the artists you love.
