Antioch College has closed down; I don't know if the four or five signs on every street and building entrance stating that no unauthorized motor vehicles were to go any further and that the entire area was under constant surveillance were because they've already had trespassing and vandalism issues or what. It did make it that much more creepy and unnerving though.
This building, the main hall it appears, was gorgeous, like a big brick castle, but it would have been a prime candidate for a group I run on Flickr called "Poor Arboreal Planning." This was really the only decent view of it I could get because of all the trees run rampant.

Is the campus fenced off at all? I always liked how open the grounds were. The few times I was there (before it closed) I just wandered around and nobody bothered me.
Nope, I didn't see a single fence, just a bunch of out of control flora and buildings whose decay already to seems to be accelerated (I'm guessing landscaping and building maintenance haven't been budgetable items for some time) and all those signs warning that you're being watched and will be arrested shortly.
That was my impression a couple of years ago. The school was still open but it looked like it wasn't being sufficiently maintained.
It reminds me of the Haunted Mansion at Disney World.
